My call out charge is £35 which covers the first hours labour and then £20 thereafter. 9-5 Monday to Friday and Saturday until 12noon. After that it is £52.50 for the first hour and then £30 thereafter up to 12pm then it is double the standard rate.
Sundays and Public holidays are £70 for first hour then £40 thereafter.
